From Italy's Heart to Your Local Community
'TheHumanityProject' originated from a humble ambition: to introduce true Neapolitan pizzas to London. Established by the Rossi lineage in 1985, our pizza establishment began as a quaint, family-oriented joint, safeguarding recipes that traveled through generations.
Marco Rossi, our pioneer, mastered the craft of pizza creation on her Italian sojourn, learning from prominent pizzaiolos in Naples, the cradle of pizza. Back in the UK, her resolution to replicate the essence of bona fide Italian pizza persisted, employing age-old techniques and selecting the choicest of components.
Starting from a humble 12-seater eatery, we've flourished into a cherished pillar of the community, yet our dedication to the craft and authenticity hasn't changed. We continue to employ wood-fired ovens, prepare our dough from scratch each day, and seek out the best ingredients available.
Today, 'TheHumanityProject' is still family-managed, with the second generation of the Rossi household at the helm of a devoted squad. Though we've adapted to modern enhancements, the essence of what we do remains unchanged: delivering scrumptious, genuine pizza that unites patrons.
